These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand and comply with the regulations set forth by the Thai Medical Council. Any disputes shall be resolved under Thai jurisdiction. For international matters, escalation to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) may apply.

2. Medical Services

  • All treatments comply with Thai Medical Council regulations and international practices.
  • Treatments including psychedelic therapy are provided by licensed professionals.
  • Clients must submit accurate medical histories before treatment begins.
  • Transform may deny services if safety criteria are not met.

3. Eligibility and Consent

  • Minimum age for service access is 18 years.
  • Clients grant informed consent by booking with Transform.
  • International clients are responsible for legal compliance in their own jurisdictions.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • All treatments must be prepaid.
  • Refunds may be issued for non-delivery or billing errors.
  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of service with supporting documents.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We adhere to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
  • Only medical staff have access to personal health data.
  • No information will be sold or shared without consent.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

  • We are not liable for indirect or incidental consequences of service use.
  • Clients are responsible for following medical guidance.
  • Transform is not accountable for international regulatory compliance breaches.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All site content belongs to Transform.
  • No reproduction or redistribution is permitted without written consent.

8. Force Majeure

Transform is not responsible for service interruptions caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, regulation changes, or tech failures.

9. Amendments
